The Strategic Consulting Group at Loyola University Chicago is a project based club. Our calling is to help business both for profit and not for profit grow to their fullest potential. Every business that has sought the consult of the Strategic Consulting Group has been treated as more than just a client. We examine the business from an owner's perspective, if we were the owner how would we grow the buisness.
Currently, the Strategic Consulting Group is working on three projects two of which are non-profits. Aspects of these projects include but are not limited to real estate development, retail, restaurant management, and capital campaign growth. |

Instituto del Progreso Latino |
| Project Status: Near Completion |
The Instituto del Progreso Latino, a non profit that operates a high school and workforce development programs, purchased a three story property adjacent to their main campus. Loyola's Strategic Consulting Group was recruited to develop a viable business plan to turn the first floor into a cafe.
The cafe will serve an educational mission as well as a business mission because it will primarily be staffed with high school students that will be empowered to make managerial decisions. |

| Youth Conservation Corps |

| The Youth Conservation Corps is a non-profit organization based in Waukegan, IL that serves and supports at-risk youth. The organization's goals have changed over its history to keep pace with changes in the economy, technology, and the local environment. As the Youth Conservaton Corps prepares to alter direction of their organization, they have called upon Loyola's Strategic Consulting Group to help ensure they develop a concise plan for the future. |

| Midwest Wild Finders |

| The Midwest Wild Finders is a startup company operating out of LaGrange Park. With a small board of dedicated former educators, Midwest Wild Finders hopes to one day open up a children's museum. Loyola's Strategic Consulting Group has been asked to help them determine how to achieve their goals. |

| Dallas-based Restaurant/Club |
| Project Status: Early Stages |
| Some Texas based entrepreneurs with Chicago ties are looking to establish a new dining and entertainment venue in the Dallas area. They have enlisted the services of Loyola's Strategic Consulting Group to determine the constraints of their proposed venture. |
